The SDC DRR Network encompasses representatives from Headquarters and from the field. All operational Humanitarian Aid Departments, SDC’s Global Programme on Climate Change, DRR Focal Points and Programme Officers in Cooperation Offices, experts from the Swiss Humanitarian Aid Unit (SHA) as well as main partners are represented.

The DRR Network is composed of a Steering Group including a field representative, a technical expert and a representative from headquarters.

A Secretariat under the lead of the DRR Focal Point and composed of four members takes care of the operational management of the Network.

A Coordination group, composed of seven members assures the main Network activities through several working groups:

• Food Security and DRR
• Mainstreaming DRR and CCA (Climate Change Adaptation)
• Multilateral DRR
• South-South exchange
• Thematic expertise
• Training
