The Coordination Group implements the Network's activities.

Main tasks of the group:

• Operational coordination
• Monitoring
• Annual Planning
• Reporting
• Working Groups

The Coordination Group is composed of seven members. Each one of them is responsible for a theme and is the head of a working group. The working groups develop their own activity plan and are responsible to implement the planned activities.

The DRR Network counts seven permanent working groups. Ad hoc working groups can be created and dissolved according to the needs.

The permanent working groups are:

• Environmental emergencies
• Food Security
• Mainstreaming DRR & CCA
• Multilateral DRR
• South-South exchange
• Thematic expertise
• Training

To be part of a working group, DRR Network members have to request their membership on the groups' page. Approval of memberships is the responsibility of the working groups' heads.
