• Write your question in the General forum "Technical Help Desk"
• See if your find the answer in the users' Manuals (attached hereunder, but watch out it's a old version) 
• Ask for a  Web meeting with the website administrator (sonia)
• Contact the website administrator (to sonia: click on the mailbox button or write to webmaster@sdc-drr.net)
